Due to Corona virus pandemic, in order to provide a safe and secure service for our customers, Kulen Adventures follow precaution methods as recommended by Cambodian Ministry of Health and practiced by other Cambodian business. Precaution methods:
– all transport vehicles are carefully cleaned before and after a tour
– sanitizer sprays will be available during tours
– clients are requested to bring a mask with themselves
– clients will receive temperature check before starting a tour, if client temperature is above 38°C degrees, client will not be accepted to our tours and will not receive a refund (if you will feel unwell before the tour, please contact us in advance)
Precaution methods can be a subject of change and Kulen Adventures reserve the right to change prevention methods and screening process before or during the tour.
Once your tour booking is confirmed by our team, you will be requested to make deposit payment within 5 working days and complete the full payment no longer than 48 hours before the tour.
In case you fail to complete the deposit payment or the full payment, your booking will be automatically canceled.
Deposit and full payment have to be discussed in advance as they can be different on each individual case and can depend on the selected tour, group size and other tour details.
Cancellation by you
If you wish to cancel your tours, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Your tour is not considered to be canceled until confirmed by our team.
Failure to respond to our emails or fulfill our requests within 5 working days, will also be considered as tour cancellation.
If tour cancellation is requested by a client, certain cancellation fees might apply:
– if your cancellation is confirmed at least 7 days in advance, you will be refunded 100%
– if your cancellation is confirmed from 2 to 6 days in advance, you will be refunded 50% of deposit
– if your cancellation is confirmed less than 48 hours before the tour start, you will receive no refund
Being late at the starting point for more than 30minutes is considered as late cancellation and you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation by us
On a rare occasion, if tour will be canceled by Kulen Adventures, you will be notified in advance and will receive 100% refund. Kulen Adventures are not liable for any other payments our tour guest might have made to other parties (flight tickets, hotel bookings, etc.).
Please note that tours will NOT be Canceled due to rain.
Kulen Adventures are requiring all of our tour guests to present a valid travel insurance covering medical services and emergency equation. Please provide your travel insurance document at least few days in advance and have a copy available to present to our team before or during your tour.
Kulen Adventures, our team and supporting staff do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from time of departure to time of return arising out of any such adventure trip organized by Kulen Adventures.
We kindly ask our clients to cautious and responsible for their behavior, health and personal items.
In case you believe you have left something in our vehicles or during our tour, please let us know as soon as possible, we do have a Lost & Found section, but do not keep any items longer than 5 days. upon retrieval of your lost item, we might ask questions about the item or request for a proof of ownership. Valuable lost items like Passports, wallets, and phones, will be recorded (photographed) and delivered to local police department.
Mutual trust and respect
At Kulen Adventures we highly value positive customer experience for the entire tour group and mutual respect between guests and our team.
Nonetheless, in a case of disrespectful misbehavior between guests, or between guests and our team (heated arguing, verbal abuse or even physical abuse), Kulen Adventures reserve the right to stop the tour at any time, and deliver guest either back to their hotel (or pickup location) or even to the local police department. In such case, there will be no refunds.
We kindly asks all our tour guest to patient and respectful to other guests and our team at all times.
To process your tour booking successfully Kulen Adventures will require your (and other guests) personal information. Some of the personal information may be provided to third-party suppliers. This will only be done where required (eg. purchasing tickets, permits, home stays, etc.).
We respect your personal information and do NOT sell it to any other parties.
